PATIENT ADVOCATE 

Every patient is entitled to have someone by their side when they are sick or hospitalized.  We all need an advocate to look out for us when we can't do it ourselves.  There are times in our life when a family member needs assistance, but other personal or business commitments prevent us from being there with them.  One option would be to hire a nurse or a health care assistant in your absence.  While this may be necessary care, these are not the type of people to take your place.  We actually step in and help to manage the quality of care that is to be received.  This includes being in the hospital when the doctors make their rounds, in order to have first hand communication with them.  There are always treatment options that need to be discussed.  We believe that a patient alone in the hospital does not receive the same level of care as a patient who has someone there to monitor what is going on.  Situations occur that require action.  They need someone to make things happen, not just sit back and watch them happen.  We have had years of experience in this capacity and have saved limbs, lives, and body parts.  Don't turn your life, or a loved ones life, over to the system.  Call us in to assist you as your personal patient advocate.
